The hands look amazingly realistic, that would be the hardest part of a human to even sketch for me.

I absolutely love the colors, but like everyone else is probably telling you, the head is too big for the body and it's really bugging me. But despite the size difference, the facial features are beautiful, and I think like how the crystal almost looks like a paper cut out.
Better than anything I can do, anyways.
